Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Time and kilometres will be calculated and charged from our garage to the garage.
3. Toll and parking tickets, permits, and government tax will be charged at actuals.
4. All cars on outstation duties shall be charged a minimum average of 250 km per calendar day, and all coaches/buses shall be charged a minimum average of 300 km per calendar day.
5. GST shall be levied as applicable.
6. We shall not be responsible for any loss or allow any deduction from our bills due to breakdowns. In case of a vehicle breakdown, we will arrange a replacement car promptly.
7. Payment terms: Payment is due within 30 days of the date of the invoice. No refunds will be applicable once payment has been completed.
